Production and Delivery
Most of our products are made-to-order and require hours to produce.
Current production time is up to 10 working days. We use Overnight Delivery Service and usually takes 1 to 2 working days depending on your location (additional 2 to 4 days to Rural addresses).

We use locally-sourced materials to help stimulate local economy and reduce environmental impact of shipping from overseas. When not available locally, we source from our overseas suppliers who are also committed in delivering great quality materials and sustainability.
We use sustainable packaging that are easily recyclable or compostable such as paper courier bags and home compostable parcel and garment bags to help reduce unnecessary waste.
