Production and Delivery

Current production time is up to 5 working days.

We use Overnight Delivery Service and usually takes 1 to 2 working days depending on your location (additional 2 to 4 days to Rural addresses).

The cake topper was stunning. But my feedback is surrounding the fantastic customer service Oh Craft provided me. I had another company cancel at last minute the cake topper I ordered from them. It’s okay

Had asked if we can see our names in all fonts before making the final product but didn’t get a response. The topper was mailed to us quickly, quality is good but we had other options for toppers with better reviews and chose this one to support local, just expected a reply before getting the topper sent to us. Otherwise the final product is good.
