How long will my order take?
Most of our products we sell are made to order. We normally require at least 5 to 7 working days production time to give us plenty of time to complete your order. (Please note this excludes shipping timeframe)

How about the Ready-to-Ship items?
Our Ready To Ship products are made beforehand, therefore only require picking and packing. We aim to dispatch these items within 1 to 2 working days. 

However, if your order includes custom-made products, standard production time will still be required.

Do you need longer production time for custom party decorations?
To ensure that your order will arrive with you on time (especially for time restricted events like birthday parties or weddings), we recommend you allow 2 to 3 weeks prior to your event.
Should you need your items urgently, please contact us prior to ordering. We are always happy to help whenever we can.



How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
We use NZ Post to ship our products nationwide. North Island urban addresses shipping times may take from 1 to 2 days, while South Island urban areas may take up to 3 days.

If you live in rural area, there may be an additional 1-3 days to get the product delivered to you.

All items shipped come with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number once we have dispatched your order.
Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
We are currently only offering international shipping to Australia. We use NZ Post to ship all our items to Australia with current delivery timeframe of 3 to 7 working days depending on territory.

Can I cancel my order?
All our products are made as per your specifications. And since all of them are made to order we cannot alter or cancel orders once production has commenced.
Can I return my order?
We are always proud of the quality and the hard work that we put on each products that we send. But in an event where the item that you received is faulty or has incorrect detail, we are more than happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Please contact us through our Contact Page.
