    hank you for shipping the parcel promptly for Father's Day; I truly appreciate your efforts. However, I would like to share my disappointment regarding the order.

    The phrase "seasoned with love" is presented in one font and thickness, while the name "Manpreet," which was customized, is displayed in a different, thinner font. This inconsistency creates an imbalance in the overall design.

    As a graphic designer, I believe that when creating a piece, especially one that is meant to be displayed, it is essential to maintain a cohesive style throughout. Unfortunately, the differing tones and styles in this piece do not convey the intended message and do not seem suitable for hanging on the wall.

    I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any assistance you can provide in addressing these concerns.

    We always make an effort to display our designs clearly on the website, including the intentional font variation between 'seasoned with love' and the customised name. While we understand your perspective as a graphic designer, the design was shown prior to purchase to reflect the final product.
